FAQ 

1.  What payment methods does Goldmax accept?

Unfortunately, we do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders. All orders must be placed online.

Visa, MasterCard , Discover and American Express.

2.  How long does it generally take to process an order?

It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local FedEx guidelines for delivery.

3.  Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately you cannot. If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we can probably make the change(s) you request. If the order has been charged, we cannot make any changes and the order will have to be cancelled.

4.  What should I do if I have place a duplicate order by mistake?

5.  Can I reactivate an order that has been voided or cancelled?

We´re sorry, but unfortunately, you will have to re-order online. Our internal system does not have the capability to reinstate voided orders.

6.  Does Goldmax sell or release my personal information?

Goldmax respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone without your consent.

7.  What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, verify that you´ve received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you´re still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please contact a Goldmax Customer Service at (626)964-8820 if you´re unable to locate an item.

8. Does Goldmax charge sales tax?

Goldmax charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to

California residents, sales tax are charged as follows:

  • Los Angeles County residents: 9.00%

For further information concerning California sales tax, please refer to www.boe.ca.gov.
Although Goldmax only charges sales tax on sales shipped to the state mentioned above, please note that your state of residence may require you to pay sales or use tax and file a sales or use tax return for certain purchases made from Goldmax. Please consult your city, county and state tax rates to determine your applicable sales or use tax.

 

9.  What is the standard return policy for Goldmax’s products?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Goldmax.  Most products can be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or replacement of the same item. When you need to return a product to us, please call our Customer Service at (626)964-8820 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. 

All product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

 

10.  What should I include with the RMA when I send in a return?

All product returns require an RMA number. Original documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Goldmax to process your RMA. Goldmax cannot process RMA returns that are incomplete; incomplete RMAs will be returned to you. In most cases, items sent in for RMA replacement will be replaced with a full item set.

 

11.  Does Goldmax pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

No, Goldmax does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise.  However, if you pay to send the item back to Goldmax, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. Goldmax will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

12.  Approximately how long will it be before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?

Credit will be issue after the inspection of the returned item. It generally takes approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.
